Note: The cancellation cut-off time for any advance order is 6:00 PM. Orders cannot be canceled after this time frame.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.

Conditions for Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The refund request must be initiated on the same day the product is received.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product must be provided as proof.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging unless the damage occurred during transit.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
• Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an inaccurate delivery address.
• Minor variations in product appearance, including texture or color, as these are inherent characteristics of natural products.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original source of payment.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to offer a replacement for eligible products. Please note that exchange requests are subject to the same timeline and conditions as the refund process.

Additional Notes

For subscription-based orders, refunds will be processed only for the unused portion of the subscription.
Please note that no delivery charges will be applied under any circumstances. All deliveries will be made once a day in the morning.
